Ah okay. I don't think I am traveling very far for Thanksgiving this year, so I wouldn't be surprised if I am here. ;) My Aunt is cooking a big Thanksgiving Dinner and she already told me that at least 13 people are expected to be there.

 I never expected that either, that really surprised me
banned episodes?

How can you have dreams about the people on here when you don't know what everybody looks like? Maybe you do what I do & form an image in your mind about how you think each person here looks  Thats what I do.

 they banned 3 episodes because of content :cuss: Plus they cut out words like "oh my god" (the god part is cut out in scene and not the next)
:livid:
I'm glad it's on ABC Family now, even if they do tend to stick commercial breaks in the middle of a scene

Still never had a dream about anybody though. The only dream I remember having about SO, was I was typing messages and every single thing I typed I was rushing to edit, because I kept thinking it sounded extremely lame... hmm, that's kind of like real life. ;)

Well, the first one I had was about a member who posts pictures of him/her self quite a bit. Haha.
But I've had other dreams about meeting certain people, and if I don't know what they look like, it's like their image is randomly generated with my mind..

Taxi is one show I enjoyed more when it went into syndication then when it originally aired.
Same here. My FOX station starting airing reruns of Taxi right around the time it ended its original run in the early 80's (of course then it was just an independent station) & that's when I really got into Taxi. They STILL air reruns of Taxi weekdays at 2pm.

Ya, this summer I was in bed by 10 or 11 p.m. cst most of the time. I made the occasional pop-in though.
Right...I have nothing to wake up for and look forward to at the time being, so I can stay up as late as I like!

Ooh yeah, astronomy was my thing growing up, and even in 8th grade I picked studying astronomy as my future plans during Careers Week. But now, I have no serious interest in it. Still a fun hobby though. If I ever grow the heck up and decide to push myself, I'll try something medically related. But unfortunately, right now, I just do not care... therefore I don't think about my future too hard, lol.

I am enjoying turning my brain into mush though. :D
Yeah, I was big into astronomy when I was a little squirt. But there isn't much in the job field that needs space nuts. So then I thought something video game related..but I've already ruled out programming, so who knows. I figure maybe journalism could somehow lead me into a career of sports writing..or so I hope. But like you, I honestly don't care right now. Hee hee.

I have to admit, it is great fun doing so. :D
Hey, that is one hell of an awesome career goal. Still a good thing to be thinking about even though it's far down the road and the time now is "to not give a crap!"

And of course, unlike Allison, we don't have a school schedule to get in our way of staying up late, Ha Ha.

So how much class do you plan on taking? I'm probably gonna end up taking 9 credits or so this spring..
I"m taking 14 credits this semester. Boo! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/icons/icon11.gif

Originally - Computer sciences. But after 1 semester of that, I've come to the conclusion that programming is not for me. I'm leaning towards maybe something relating to journalism now. That stuff seems to come in more naturally to me anyway.
I'm an English major...I almost decided to major in journalism, but not now...I think I'll eventually make that my minor...I tried to get on the newspaper staff when I was in HS, but the teacher for that class was an ******* and wouldn't let me sign up. So I never got on the staff at all in HS...I am now, though...I'm one of the writers for my college newspaper this semester. :D
PZelda 10-13-2004, 07:04 AM I've been up since 5am! :bonk: I'll be going back to bed eventually...but since I got up at 5am, I got up in time to watch BOTH eps of Mama's Family. :woohoo:

My Aunt is cooking a big Thanksgiving Dinner and she already told me that at least 13 people are expected to be there.
I wonder if we're having a Thanksgiving dinner at my grandma's this year...We did last year...Actually, I think we've had one every year, even after my grandpa passed away in '97. It's the Christmas dinners we've stopped doing after he passed away...We would always have a HUGE dinnner on Xmas Eve and then we would open presents afterwards...But starting with Xmas of '97, we would order out for pizza and eat together...Before, when we did our dinners, it was children first and then adults second...the children had to wait for the adults to finish eating before they could open presents. But now we eat together and finish at the same time so there's no waiting.

Really? Weird...
Dr. Jazz 10-13-2004, 01:46 PM Originally posted by Undercover Angel
No, it wasn't; since the show was not listed to appear today, I only tape like a quarter of the episode...
I taped all the episodes off USA about 10 years ago when they were airing them weekday mornings at 5:00 & 5:30. With two episodes a day, it didn't take no time to get them all on tape since there's only 37 episodes lol USA aired them with the Stephanie Mills "Shake Me Loose" opening theme instead of the "My Life" theme. I also re-taped a few episodes off TV Land when they aired it weeknights at 9pm in 1997-98 & they used the "My Life" opening.

Was it one of those things where the image is replaced with something? I know some sites do that.
I remember back in May robyrob posted an auction on e-bay in which a guy was selling ATVs and motorcycles but hotlinked from another site. The site administrator put phrases like "I have sex with goats" among others on the pictures. I never saw it because by the time I went there it was an invalid item. :(

According to my digital cable guide, there's a repeat tomorrow. I think that might be the previous day's episode. Check your local listings.
