I liked the two, but I'll go with WH. I related to it better and it was sort of like my childhood.

When Gary Marshall switched Odd Couple's production style it didn't change the show the way it changed Happy Days. I like WH, even year 3 which is not as good as years 1-2. The spinoff wasn't as good as the original but I'd give it a chance if it were on some channel now.
