This isnt new... I've had stomach problems since I was little. Plus my family has a history of stomach diseases. Heart problems run in my family...Both sides.
I'm doomed. :(

Sounds Serious. I Hope everything works out for you. :(
Are you having any signs of Runny nose, Sneezing or coughing or any of that? Cause it sounds like it could be the flu.
Nope. On Saturday night I came home from a party that my neighbors were having because my stomach was hurting. Then it got really bad... so I couldnt even get across the street to get my parents. Then I called my sister and she came home and got them. I was in the hospital from about 10pm to 6am.

My mother had cancer, her sister had cancer, and both my grandmothers died of cancer. And they were all young when they got it. (except my dads mother, who got it from smoking)

(except my dads mother, who got it from smoking) I'm pretty sure my 3 of my Grandparents died of heart attacks. One of my uncles died a few years ago and I'm not sure if I ever knew exactly why, but a heart attack is what I remember the reason being. My mom has heart problems too... My dad doesnt, though. It definetly runs it the family.

Have you seen any blood in your vomiting or Stool?
And do you usually feel weak after these pains occur?

Oh Man, I Know how you feel. I Had to put up with that crap for YEARS.
Luckily my Mom has been going outside or down cellar to smoke the past few years.
It still worrys me however, What its doing to her health. :(

My parents smoke so heavily that's probably going to be the cause of their death. Kinda makes me sad at times.

Dang cigarettes. They should be OUTLAWED. They do absolutely no good. People spend thousands of dollars a year on something that's going to eventually kill them. What's the point?

I don't understand why (besides peer pressure) anyone would want to start smoking in the first place.

My parents dont smoke-- but my father drinks A LOT. That worries me because his father drank himself to death.

Alot of people start when they're kids and want to "Rebel" Against their parents. By the time they realize what they did was stupid, Its too late and they're hooked.

Drinking is just as bad.
Why stuff like Cigarettes, Alcohol and drugs exist is beyond me.
Wonder what the world would be like had they never existed.
Of course taking them away after they have existed would probably cause mayhem. But the idea of them never existing in the first place sounds so good.

I dont see how anyone could be so stupid as to start smoking to rebel or look cool, wouldnt matter how much pressure I was put under to smoke, I wouldnt do it. I'd always know I was being the smart one by NOT smoking when everyone else is 45 and hooked, slowly succumbing to lung cancer.

I Often wonder what seperates people with our state of mind from everyone else.
I Mean.....We both grew up in smoking familys, You Live in a very tough city, I Grew up with a drugdealer father that abused my mother right in front of me.....
And yet they're are people that grow up in a nice suburban town with parents that dont smoke and no major problems....And they end up going down the wrong road.
It really makes me wonder why we're not the ones out there partying and doing all that crap. I Just Thank God that I'm Not mixed up in all of that.

My sister is a good example of that. In her freshman through junior years of high school she drank, smoke, and did drugs. After her friend died of an overdose last March she seemed to really change her ways with drugs.
She still drinks and smokes, though. It upset me so much when my parents willingly bought my sister and her friend a 24 pack of beer for her 17th birthday. That was such a terrible night. We were in Cape May and everyone in my family was drunk (cept me, of course). Then my sister lied to these guys and told them I was 15 so theyd hang out with us. I couldn't believe that my parents would let her run through the streets like that and act like a slut.
Im done. :p

Yeah...I definetly agree with you. I'm very glad I'm not a part of anything like that. I may not really have any friends or have much of a "life", but it sure beats having a "life" like that.

Good day so far.
Chad22 09-29-2004, 03:27 PM That Psychaitrist i go to bugs me. My Therapist is a nice guy.....But this guy just comes off as a jerk.
Despite the fact that i've busted my butt off the past year to lose a whole bunch of weight, He still seems to think i'm overweight and have a problem. He even sent me in to get my cholesteral checked and even though it was normal, He STILL Says i need to lose more weight.
I Guess no matter how hard i try or how much i do, Its never good enough.
I Am sick and tired of being Me.
Aside from all that, I'm also loaded with diseases and disorders, I Cant get a girl friend if my life depends on it, I Have to spend an hour on my hair every day to make it at least decent Looking, And my social skills are close to non existant.
What the heck was God thinking when he created me?

Moonlight Lady 09-29-2004, 03:58 PM I hate psychiatrists. I went to one once and the guy was a jerk.
made me feel like a moron. Psychiatrists aren't supposed to be telling you to lose weight, that's for your regular dr. to be doing.

Medical people, whether they're doctors, therapists, psychiatrists, etc, are evil and out to get your money. (Which is why I hope to marry one :p)
He doesn't have the right to tell you how much weight you need to lose, etc. Like Katie said, he's not a regular doctor, he's not supposed to tell you that. Besides, unless you were in a serious state with heart conditions or whatever you don't need to feel pressured to lose weight. Just don't lose weight the way I'm doing. I'm skipping 1-2 meals a day which probably isn't the greatest thing to do. And no, I'm not anorexic or anything, I still eat

I tried, but it's not just pushed down. A program stopped responding and then the start menu vanished. Now I can't get it back. :wallbang
 :grr: I hate that! The only thing you can do is restart your computer. :( Sorry. :crying: To do that, press ctrl+alt+delete at the same time and push shut down. If that doesn't work, use the reset button on your computer.

...if your using 98 or ME, you'll have to reboot (or at least log-off&back on

Cool! I've done something similar, although I didn't make it into an avatar. I took the moving images from accuweather.com and put them all together making one big 4mb hurricane gif!

Waiting is almost always good. The only thing wrong with mine was a cracked case and a bent front insert. The CD was in perfect condition. It's a great feel-good album. :)
Now, waiting isn't gonna work for me for Hilary Duff's new album. I wanna get that ASAP!
