Hi:
Does anyone know of any freeware CD-burning program capable of creating VCD's? I have already converted the files to MPEG-1 format, but I don't have a CD-burning program (except for Easy Cd 4 which isn't compatible...). Thanks!
I use Nero. It isn't freeware, but it comes with a 15-day free trial. After the trial expires, you can trick the software into still working by setting the date back on your computer's clock.

Cool. You shouldn't have any problems creating VCDs with it.
