Janice 08-11-2004, 10:51 PM I've always loved The Bee Gees. Rhiannon 08-11-2004, 10:54 PM Jacksons vashti1999 08-11-2004, 11:01 PM With their long and successful history, I had to pick the Isley Brothers Jrnygrl 08-11-2004, 11:27 PM Originally posted by Janice I've always loved The Bee Gees. Dr. Jazz 08-12-2004, 12:19 AM All of the ones listed are great. I also like: The Brothers Johnson The Neville Brothers The Righteous Brothers ;) Jrnygrl 08-12-2004, 12:46 AM Originally posted by AKA You also forgot the Wilsons (Brian, Carl and Dennis) of the Beach Boys.  Hollow 08-12-2004, 12:51 AM none. :grr: Nighthawk76 08-14-2004, 06:47 PM Van Halen. Eddie and Alex are musical geniuses. The Bee Gees and AC/DC are also really high on my list. Penny Lane 08-14-2004, 06:57 PM The Fogarty Brothers, Tom and John, -CCR. BowWowsBaby 08-14-2004, 09:05 PM it was tough betweeen the jackson 5 and the isley brothers but i ended up picking the jacksons Mossopp 08-15-2004, 08:19 AM What about Vinnie Paul and Dimebag Darrell from Damageplan/Pantera? :guitar: I'm just trying to be obscure on purpose! Kitt 08-15-2004, 01:48 PM What about the Nelson twins? Kidding. Probably my personal favorite of the ones you listed would be the Allman brothers. On a scale of impact on the music world as a whole over time though, I'd pick The Everly Brothers. The Righteous Brothers would certainly rate high if they were actually brothers but they weren't. I know that's one of the more confusing mysteries of music history. I'll bet they got tired of explaining that all the time. :) Dean Winchester 08-15-2004, 02:59 PM Originally posted by safety pin none. :grr: I'm kinda shocked you don't like Van Halen knowing your tastes are usually towards hard rock/heavy metal 9121522516113 08-15-2004, 03:35 PM Oasis =) Ewan's My Man 08-15-2004, 04:56 PM Eh, I dunno, I don't really like any of them, I guess I'd pick Van Halen...blah...I don't even really like them though. My dad has some cd full of Van Halen songs, it just came out or something, but...I dunno, it's kinda boring, he says that they're metal, I say he lies...yea yea...it was metal of their times... Brothers in bands...GOOD CHARLOTTE...woo...there, there's something I like, I guess they don't stand for much compared to the rest of the people on the list, but *shrugs* |
