I'm currently reading it and boy is it SAD!!!!!I'm not big on crying, but...man...the things that kid went through.:( So, anyway, if you read it, what did you think? Penny Lane 07-23-2004, 09:08 AM There was supposed to have been a TV movie based on this book. It was supposed to have been aired last Fall but as far as I know it was never produced. Does anybody know anything about this? I think it was the Hallmark channel. And in case you didn't know,Southparkgurl, there are two more books following up this one. I can't remember the title of the second one but the third book is called "A Man Called Dave".
