I just take the picture from my digital camera.:) I shut off the flash to avoid the screen to blurr. I shranked it and make it as an avatar. I love avatars.:D

You can get a capture card for about $30-100. It's a lot easier and the quality is a lot better. But whatever works for you. ;)
