Ironically, Intercourse, PA & Virginville, PA are right near each other near the Amish Country--go figure. Near there, there's also a place called Bird-in Hand.
One I can think of off the top of my head--Hot Coffee, MS
Czas na Zywiec 07-10-2004, 03:37 PM And in our neighbor to the south...

I love that part of the country, the Amish Country. You might not, because you live there. My family used to go there alot when I was a kid--Strasburg Railroad, Choo-Choo Barn, Dutch Wonderland. I really never could get into eating shoo-fly pie, though!
OK, you got me started here on this thread. I travel alot and I get a chance to do alot of thinking on my travels. This is some more I thought of--they may not be too bizarre but I think they're cute.
First the holidays--
Santa Claus, IN
Christmas, FL(which is only 20 mi from my house and I send all my Christmas cards off from their post office)
Valentine, NE
Holliday, TX
Bethlehem, PA & NH
There's a town in MN called Welcome. I've never been there, but I wonder if at the city limits, there's a sign that reads "Welcome to Welcome"!
There's a town in Washington state called George. I wonder if you were to ask anybody who lives there, where they live, if they would answer, "I live in George, Washington"!
Frostproof, FL(an appropriate name),
Beach, ND(not so appropriate). I'm sure these residents wish they were at a beach in Feb.when it's -10 outside!!
Then there's the planets--
Jupiter, FL
Mars, PA
Earth, TX
Blue Earth, MN
Neptune Beach, FL
Somebody already posted Truth or Consequences, NM which I was going to add.
There's a town in TX called George W.
There's a town in PA called Shamokin, and everytime I see the sign, I can't help but think of Jim Carrey's phrase in 'The Mask', "Smokin'". Yes, I'm strange!!
Some more--
Sleepy Eye, MN
Rough & Ready, CA
Chunky, MS
Lover, PA
Cut & Shoot, TX
I think that's it!!

And don't forget that in West Chester PA, there are 2 main streets...you go in Gay and come out High.
