After the last time Nick at Nite showed The Facts of Life I just layed in my bed making loud noises like a dying dog cause I was sure I'd lose interest in it. I immediately downloaded video clips (I was stupid enough to never record it) and looked through my Facts of Life photo album ten thousand times.

I did things to "boost up" my interest like not shutting up about it and watching video clips and looking at pictures and it was abot that time when I got my Lisa Whelchel autograph. I wrote to most of the cast and hoped to get some replies. Every I'd (and still do) pray to my "goddesses", the characters LOL.

Amazingly, my obsession didn't die down one bit. But I just had to "keep in touch with it". Without this board I would have definitely lost interest in The Facts of Life a loooooong time ago.

Oh and by the way....I agree! I said all that because the moral of the story is to try not to forget about it.

We defitnly need to get ABCfamily to show they are always showing shows like the FOL they need to get rid of growing pains and the wonder years and leave my 3 fave shows ever Step by Step, ALF, and the FOL if someone wants to start and petion i'd be ready to sign it. Watching it thsi whole weekend was great i went into school today and in the middle of my geometry class me and my friends jst started singing the theme song and my teacher started to sing to it was hilariousits great that everyone can relate to that show and we need to keep it on air!!!

It doesn't hurt for us to keep our hopes up that we will see FOL on TV again later on. OK, I know it's not happening right now, and it's difficult to see it happening in the near future. But eventually- some network will have to pick up FOL, if they know what's good for them. Any network that decides to pick up the show will probably find it beneficial for its ratings, since FOL is such a popular show.
