Yep, I think it's part of what gave the show charm. I mean it's not totally unrealistic that Jo would've given her coat to Tootie once she grew out of it....I also like the fact that you can see the characters wear the same clothes more than once (other than their uniforms, and possibly Blair). It also makes it more realistic.
