Some people think I'm nuts, but I LOVE a good rainstorm. I hate being out in it, of course :lol: but I do love curling up on the couch with a good book and a cup of tea or hot cocoa and listening to the sound of the rain falling on the roof. I also love watching the thunder and lightening. I think the air smells so nice and clean after a good rain or thunderstorm.

I love rainstorms too, but then again I love almost all kinds of weather. Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Hail, Damaging Wind in a thunderstorm, rain, storms. Don't like flooding too much though. But it's rare for it to do that here.

I love storms: being outside during summer thunderstorms and spring/summer rain, listening to heavy rain on windows, the smell after a good rain storm...

I like rain, too.

I'm a big fan of bad weather. I like snowstorms, thunderstorms, rainstorms, cold weather, etc. Just not when the weather gets too out of control.

I think thunderstorms are romantic. :love:

I love thunderstorms! When my son was around 12 years old our favorite thing to do was to sit out on the front porch and watch the storm clouds move in! It was great! :D

I like rain but not with thunder and lightning:o

I love a good storm too. As long as I'm not driving in it at least. I never sleep better then I do when it is pouring outside.

The one thing I don't like about storms, is if the power goes out. :eek:

Me too! Our power rarely goes out though(since we live in the middle of the city), but our cable/internet can go out for awhile. That's so annoying. :rolleyes:

Also, when we lose power, we have no water, since we have a well. :o

Same here. But our power rarely goes out because where I live the lines are underground. So unless a transformer is hit by lightning we usually don't lose power *knocks on head * I mean wood:lol:

i love rain and thunderstorms. Its raining right now.

Hard rain kicks a lot of ass. I even like driving in it. Hail in Washington is cool too. It's not too big. Thunder and Lightening are also fun.

Well, we had thunder and lightning today, but only a few drops of rain. These summertime popup storms are very crazy, they can really dump a lot of rain in a small area and not even touch an area a mile or two away. That's what happened here. It poured less than 2 miles away. Ended up with about 10 drops, BUT, it did cool it off! It was 96 before it. :eek:

Ooh, I love thunderstorms, as long as I'm home when they happen! Don't really want to be driving through all that. Hurricane season starts Tues. here and that usually means afternoon thunderstorms everyday. YAY! Because we need it, half my lawn is brown.

I love having a cassette done IN ANALOGUE that has a thunderstorm on it. I had one @ 1 point ad I dont know what I did with it,im sure I wouldnt have gotton rid of it,not as good as it sounded!!

I like to go out and walk thru the puddles after a big storm or ride my bike thru them :)
