One Day at the division CD was found in the bathroom, she was throwing up. She felt sick all day. She thought to her self, 'Why am I sick know I didn't eat anything bad.

Jinny walks into the bathroom and sees CD washing her face.
Thinking to herself, 'she doesn't look to good.'

Jinny: CD are you okay?

CD: *startled because of Jinny* Yeah I'm fine. *sees that Jinny is giving her a look that says "yeah right tell me the truth."*
What?

Jinny: Come on CD, tell me the truth.

CD: Okay, I have been feeling sick all day and I have no idea why.

Jinny: Did you eat or drink anything that could have made you feel this way?

CD: No. I am late though *sees yet another look from Jinny* DON'T GO THERE!!!

Jinny: Oh come on, I have to.

CD: I can't afford a baby and-

Jinny: Oh please, besides you won't be alone. And you don't for sure that you are pregnant yet. I will go pick up a test. *leaves*

A few minutes later Jinny comes back with the test and CD follows the instructions and does her business.

Finally it was time to find out

Jinny: *seeing CD hesitate to look* Want me to do it? CD nodds

Jinny:*makes a smile as she sees what the test says:

CD: What?

Jinny: You're pregnant!

CD: I changed my mind. I mean I was scared about it at first, but when you said all of you would be there for me I changed my mind. I want this baby.

Jinny: That's great CD. And you don't have to worry we will. So when are you going to tell everyone?

CD: When ever I feel the time is right.

Jinny: Whose the father?

CD: Nate. *saying that without hesitation*

Jinny Wow, well I kind of has a feeling. Are you going to tell him?

CD: Well at first, but when I realized how much he wants kids. I thought it wouldn't be so bad. I mean he would talk about wanting kids everytime we were on a stakeout or just talking in the car. Jinny, think about it I am giving him what he has dreamed of having.

Jinny: That's great, so when are you going to tell him?

CD: Tonight over dinner.

*As they are walking back to the bullpen*

Jinny: Well CD I am glad you are not to afraid to tell him

CD: Nate.

Nate: Yeah?

CD: I have something to tell you.

Nate: Okay, what is it?

CD: I'm pregnant and you're the father. But if you don't want it I acn have an abortion.

Nate: OMG!! CD that's amazing! And as far as an abortion, are you crazy, of course I want it.

CD: Oh god Nate, I love you so much, and I am glad that you are my baby's father.

Nate: I love you just as much, and I am glad that I am your baby's father too! *they move in a kiss like there is no tomorrow*

Both of them ate dinner and left to go to CD's place for the rest of the night*

CD is obvisously showing and is put on desk duty

CD sitting at her desk board out of her mind doing paperwork.

CD: Nate I'm sick of this. I would like to get this baby out of me NOW!!!!

Nate: I know, honey. It will come and everything will be fine.

CD: How do you know? You're not the one carrying this thing inside you for 9 months. *just then all the color seemed to drain out of CD's face, and she held her stomach like she was in pain*

Nate: *seeing this he rushes over to her side * CD whats wrong?

CD: I just got this sharp pain in my stomach. I think we need to go to the hospital.

*Nate nodding in agreement leads CD out as they head to the hospital*

CD: Nate I'm so scared. She is so early. What if she doesn't make it.

Nate: Don't worry everything will be fine. They will do everything they possibly can to make sure our baby is okay.

CD: Oh Nate, you know the right thing to say at the right time *on the verge of tears at this point*

Nate: Glad I could help *just as he finished his sentence the doctor came in*

Dr. Murphy: Hello! How are you, I mean other than this *she puts her hand on CD's stomach*

CD: I've been better

Dr. Murphy: I've got the results from your tests. And I am very sorry to have to tell you this, but you are going to have to have an a C-Section.

CD & Nate: WHAT??

Dr. Murphy: I know this is very hard for you to take in all at once, but we had no choice. We need to take you down there right now.

CD: WAIT!! right now?

Dr. Murphy: I'm sorry but it has to be now.


*After that was said they wheeled her off to the O.R. in the maternity ward (of course)*

*CD is laying on the table scared out of her mind waiting for what's going to happen*

Dr. Murphy: Ok CD, you are going to feel some tugging.

CD: Yep definitely feel it, but it's not bad.

*All of a sudden Dr. Murphy pulled out a baby*

Dr. Murphy: Congratulations! You have a beautiful baby girl.

*CD was so happy she started to cry. Nate started to cry also. And he bent down to kiss CD on the cheek.

Nate: I love you

CD: I love you too. *she said through tears* Dr. Murphy why isn't she crying?

Dr Murphy: She's alright, were getting it *all of a sudden the baby started to cry* See there you go.

*Dr. Murphy started wrapping her up*

Dr. Murphy: Come on sweetie, lets go to mommy and daddy.

*She handed the baby to Nate and he walked over to CD and she gave her a kiss*

CD: She's so beautiful, isn't she

Nate: Absolutely

Dr. Murphy so what's her name

Nate and CD: Violet

Nate and CD sat in there room and CD was holding Violet

CD: Oh Nate, isn't she beautiful?

Nate: Yeah, she definitely is *holding Violet's left hand in his and she gripped his finger* Wow, she has quite a grip.

Just than the Nurse came in

Nurse: Oh miss Delorenzo, would you like to try breast feeding again?

CD: Sure, you have to keep trying right?

Nurse: Yep, you sure do *she puts Violet in the breast feeding postion in CD's arms and after 3 attempts, Violet finally was breast feeding*

CD: Oh wow, this feels weird

Nate: Good or bad weird?

CD: Wonderful weird *she smiles and Violet and sees she's done eating and now getting sleepy* Okay, she's getting tired now, so can you put her in the bassinet. *she slowly put Violet in the bassinet and stroked her head.*

Nate: I can’t wait until we get to take her home

CD: Me too!

It’s been now a two days since Violet has been born and now CD and Nate get to bring her home. They now have the house.

CD: I can’t believe it Nate, we actually have a house to watch Violet grow up and in, and have a backyard she can play in.

Nate: I know I can’t believe it either *he picks up the car seat and he heads for the front door with CD right behind him*

*As they walk in the everyone is in the living room*

Everyone: SURPISE!! WELCOME HOME!!
CD: Wow, this is great…you guys are awesome.

Jinny: Well yeah we are *they all laugh*

Kate: Oh CD Nate, we have a surprise for you…come on it’s upstairs.

*They all follow Kate upstairs, they stop at the end of the hall on a room on the right.

Kate: Ok, all of us wanted to so something special for you…so here it is..*she opens the door to the nursery. The walls are painted pink with a border of teddy bears on the top. And there are pink curtains on the window and to the right of the window is a rocking chair and the crib in on corner of the room, and the changing table on the other side

CD: *in total shock of it all* Oh My God!! *she said with tears in her eyes* This is so beautiful.

Nate: You can say that again. Thank you guys so much

CD: Yes, thank you…you guys are great

Magda: You don’t have to thank us, we were happy to do this.



*They all exit the room and have a fun evening together and a great time spending time with baby Violet*
