View Full Version : Worst movie I've EVER seen is... The Modfather 05-09-2004, 11:38 AM Envy, it was a waste of money and if your going to see it, DON'T. Kazza 05-09-2004, 01:11 PM The worst movie I've seen it's called 'IShtar' Janice 05-09-2004, 02:24 PM The only movie I ever walked out of theater on was Dune, and Gigli was even worse than I expected. HootervilleFan 05-09-2004, 02:37 PM Ishtar's kind of a given...it's the one long-standing joke in the film industry. Recently overtaken by Gigli, I think as the worst movie ever made. There was Waterworld...that was supposedly pretty dreadful. I haven't seen it. I tend to read reviews, and go from there. I go more for the stars involved, and tend to chose Romantic Comedy over drama or special effects. I can say "Godzilla" was pretty darn awful..I DID see that one! Dean Winchester 05-09-2004, 04:18 PM I kinda figured Envy would be awful Brian 05-09-2004, 04:29 PM The worst movie I have ever seen was Bo Derek's Tarzan, the Ape Man. As Leonard Maltin put it, "If you really want to see Derek unclothed buy a pinup calednar." That movie is boring, cheesy, and just bad. There are other films that I think are the worst that were on Mystery Science Theater 3000. There are three movies on that show that saw that I think are the worst ever made. Manos, the Hands of Fate - Arguably the worst movie on MST3K. Bad sound, bad movie, and bad script. Three actors committed suicide after the film was made but I don't know if the movie had anything to do with it. The Creeping Terror - This film is about a "creature from beyond our solar system" that looks like a mix of a Chinese dragon and a giant caterpillar. It eats people. But there's more to it than that. Nobody even makes an attempt to get away from it and the creature moves very slowly. They then help the monster eat them my shoveling themselves in. Most of the dialogue was replaced by a narrator's voice because the director accidentally knocked the sound recording equipment in the lake and there was not enough money in the budget to replace it. The Beast of Yucca Flats - More like "The Beast of Yucky Flats." Get this: the entire film is narrated by the film's director, Coleman Francis, because all the sound was accidentally erased during postproduction. The narration is weird because it seems like Francis is saying random stuff. One notable line is, "Flag on the moon. How did it get there?" There is some dialogue but you can only hear it when a character is off camera. Dean Winchester 05-09-2004, 04:34 PM unintentionally bad? Madonna's Swept Away intentionally bad? Crocodile Silver Bullet 05-09-2004, 07:29 PM Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation. This is one of the worst movies ever made IMO. Nighthawk76 05-09-2004, 10:52 PM I think that Armageddon with Bruce Willis was probably the worst movie ever made. The acting was terrible and the script was terrible. And the animal crackers scene between Ben Afflect and Liv Tyler was awful. Ewan's My Man 05-09-2004, 10:54 PM The Cat in the Hat...I seriously was ready to take the pins off my purse and stab my frikin eyes out. That movie made me want to cry it was so painful to watch. Dutabi84 05-10-2004, 12:06 AM The Jerky Boys movie was horrible. Worst. Movie. Ever. Dutabi84 05-10-2004, 12:07 AM Originally posted by Dutabi84 The Jerky Boys movie was horrible. Worst. Movie. Ever. So was "The man who knew too little." One of very few failures by Bill Murray. dandelion wine 05-10-2004, 12:12 AM Glitter Anaconda Jaws: The Revenge (If you think Halloween 3: Season of the Witch was bad, try this one on for size) Amityville 1992: It's About Time Mr. Television 05-10-2004, 12:15 AM Originally posted by little insomniac Glitter Anaconda Jaws: The Revenge (If you think Halloween 3: Season of the Witch was bad, try this one on for size) Amityville 1992: It's About Time Jaws The Revenge was awful. I don't know what they were thinking. dandelion wine 05-10-2004, 01:46 AM Originally posted by mr roper Jaws The Revenge was awful. I don't know what they were thinking. It made my eyes burn and I'm telling you right now, I was too busy laughing to even think about being scared. They should've quit while they were ahead. Michael Caine couldn't even save the day. Kazza 05-10-2004, 10:18 AM ROCKY V was terrible too. I really liked the fight with the Russian in the previous one and was terribly dissapointed with this one. vashti1999 05-11-2004, 12:34 AM Little Nicky. Part of the movie took place in hell but I felt like I was in hell the entire time watching it. Cactus Jack 05-11-2004, 07:56 AM I didnt care too much for Bicentennial an, I thought it was gonna be a comedy, but nope I am Him 05-11-2004, 10:58 AM Blade Runner puke: Solaris is a close second. ptcruiserfan2004 05-11-2004, 11:10 PM The worst movie I ever saw has the be "Medallion" with jackie Chan. Not only could I not understand a single thing he says (who can?) but I could not for the life of me figure out what the plot was. All it showed was Chan's karate skills and his lack of English comprehention. The movie wasn't coherent in the least. :thumbsdow Other movies that sucked: Payback, Duplex, and Eddie Murphy's last two films (Daddy Day Care and (I think) The Haunted Mansion). :thumbsdow Ewan's My Man 05-12-2004, 03:30 PM Originally posted by "Weird" Jack Wilso-vic I didnt care too much for Bicentennial an, I thought it was gonna be a comedy, but nope Oh god, that movie was awful, and it just went on FOREVER! I remember my dad and mom were looking for movies to buy and take to the beach and he was so insistent on getting it, claiming it'd be good. I had already seen it and so, years later, it still sits on the shelf...unopened. Every year for my dad's birthday and Father's Day my sister (along with what she's already bought him) always gives him the unopened Bicentennial Man. Yea, we needta get rid of that on of these days Kazza 05-12-2004, 09:55 PM Originally posted by vashti1999 Little Nicky. Yea, we needta get rid of that on of these days I know! Its AWFUL, cause I tohught, "it has Robin Williams in it, so its gonna be a comedy" but nope Kazza 05-13-2004, 09:02 AM Not all of Robin Williams movies are great. His worst ones are 'Cadilac Man' and 'Bicentennial Man' *MIBabe03* 05-13-2004, 10:03 AM The worst that I have ever seen was Rules of Attraction. Oye Vey!
