It's not only the end of Frasier, it is also the end of the Cheers legacy that started in 1982. 1982-2004 is a loooong time.

The Dateline special airs Tuesday at 9.

The cast will be on Today on Thursday

and the finale will be from 8-10 on Thursday.

Itll be sad to see it go.... its one of my favorite series of all time -- and is definately the end of a legacy.

It definately wont.

This is truly the last MUST SEE TV show IMO.... everything else is just give-or-take.

i am def. watching the finale, and will try 2 catch the other stuff.

i could care less that Friends ended (my opinion, so kill me  i really hate when they compare the show to Cheers, or try to say that its better that Cheers), but the fact that Frasier, and the Cheers legacy, is finally ending is really somethin huge

a Cheers reunion or Cheers-SOMETHING has to happen now that Frasier's done. maybe theyll announce something big after the finale ends. (btw...i wonder what the last scene will be like? symbolic, like Cheers'? or since Frasier was a very different sitcom from Cheers, maybe a different, but fitting, ending)

Somehow..the last scene should include The Chair. I mean, it wouldn't be right if it didn't.

I think the series should end with Frasier's final radio show.
And then go to Frasier moving out of his apartment.... but leaving the chair behind.

Its no longer next week....
just 4 days until the end of an era.
the end of a legend.
the end of a legacy.

LONG LIVE FRASIER CRANE!!

Correct.

I hope the finale of "Frasier" has closure.
Then -- if the new show is a flop, there's still an "end"

Good or bad -- I completely support a Frasier spinoff.

It had such a sweet ending, and it was nice that Frasier called Lilith to check up on their son....where does Lilith live??

Niles and Daphne were so CUTE together!!! And I forgot that Wendie Malick was on the show!:) I loved her on "Just Shoot Me!"

It was a really touching episode! http://img11.photobucket.com/albums/v34/TroyandLindseyFan/tissue.gif

I think Lilith still lives in Boston. I really liked the ending, too.

I know! I checked NBC to see what they had on in its place and it was a rerun of an episode of Law and Order SVU. (Ironically, though it was not the episode where Bebe guest starred, it was from that season.) ;)
