..one of the funniest, to me. Because:

1. Lamont being rejected. The look on his face when Crystal said NO was priceless. And the preacher saying "he wasn't listening".

2. The bride's father was scared shytless. Notice how he ran out of the church.

3. How about his uncle (tell me, was that Fred's brother or what? Never explained). "That's what you look like up there, a real dummy".

4. The relatives wanted their gifts back.

5. Fred telling the little boy, "this couch is for drinking".

This one was always one of my favorites, my favorite part is when Fred and Aunt Hazel get into that fight "Listen, I fought heavyweights before ya know!".
Too bad she wasnt on any more episodes, her and Fred could've gotten into some funny fights.

"I'll bet that'll be the last time you give someone something across the lips":D

"If I hit you, I bet your lips make it to the hospital before the ambulance".

Was watching that yesterday.

I liked it when Lamont threw all of the wedding gifts out into the yard and then Fred says,"And don't think we didn't feed you" as he threw the wedding cake into the yard and it landed on Aunt Hazel and Fred says,"Hazel, you never looked sweeter."

I like when Fred tells that guy the gift he was giving was something he had left over from the riots.

Fred (to Lamont, regarding Crystal's mother):

"I ain't gonna let this liver-lipped broad insult you."

I liked the very end, after they came back form the hotel and Fred swipted an ash tray, towel, light blub (could not get the whole lamp in the bag), and a Bible. When Lamont said they already had a Bible upstairs Fred said they could keep it downstairs so they could have "full coverage."

Post a picture of the woman who played Crystal. Lamont had so many women, i can't remember all of them. Is Crystal the one who Lamont lied to Fred about what she does for a living & she had a brother? If that's her, then i'm thinkin of the episode where her, her brother, Lamont played a trick on Fred. I think she had a son too.

Crystal was never on before that wedding episode. She was another one of his ladies. With his playa/wimp self.:D

He shoulda married Janet. She didn't seem to mind him being a junkman. And she liked Fred.

"Here Comes The Bride, There Goes The Bride" is without a doubt my favorite episode of the series. I like the part where Fred & Lamont are in the church & he calls Crystal's family a bunch of jive n*****s. I know Tv Wasteland cuts that scene & I apologize if I offended anyone by mentioning it but it's just so darn funny when Fred says it. I also like the part where Lamont says Aunt Hazel & Fred says you mean Witch Hazel. The other scenes that you people have mentioned such as the cake being tossed right into Aunt Hazel's face & the gifts being thrown in the yard by Lamont only add to the enjoyment of this episode. The one thing that really sets it apart though is the fact that Redd Foxx was such a huge fan of Amos 'N' Andy that he insisted that Alvin Childress (Reverend Tremble) & Lillian Randolph (Aunt Hazel) be hired for this episode. Alvin Childress, played Amos on the series & Lillian Randolph played Madame Queen.

Yep. Her son was Roger & her brother was the ex-fighter who scared the crap out of Fred.

I've never seen this episode. Which season did it air? I'll have to check it out.
