Bill is right up there with Brian Hackett (Wings) and Homer Simpson (The Simpsons) on my list of favorite sitcom characters. Everything he says and does is so funny :lol: Some of my favorite Bill McNeal moments...

the poker game episode- "You carry your contract around with you?" "Right now, it doesn't seem so crazy, does it!"

the Titanic spoof- "I have a heart condition and I'm a woman!"

the mental hospital- Him running away from the police was so funny.

Jumper- "That's not what you said when I wanted to borrow $550 from you."

Smoking- "Where were you when I was up at 3 AM watching Steel Magnolias and crying my eyes out?"
