Hey guys. I'm fairly new to this show and I enjoy it a lot. One question I have is this: have they ever said why the janitor hates J.D. so much? I think it's funny how every character just refers to his as "janitor", no one ever knows his real name.:lol:

No reason. He just likes giving him crap. In the first episode J.D was waiting by the door and the janitor was fixing it. J.D. jokingly said "maybe there is a penny stuck in it", and the janitor asked him if he stuck a penny in it.

I think it was the end of the first season or start of the second season when the same thing happened to a new intern, but he joked that maybe there was a paper clip in the door. So of coarse the janitor asked if he stuck a paper clip in the door. :)
