Dream Tools is the best to use for that. Yes, I'd be glad to help. Go to Tripod. on their home page look for a snowman and that is where it will tell you how to sign up free. fill out the form. when creating your user name make sure it is the name of your site, because your tripod username will also serve as your URL. as for DreamTools at the top of their homepage, you will see Free sign up. click on that and follow the instructions and you're ready for your own message board.
