Sorry if I offended anyone with the post Homeliest Character on LITB. I did not mean to hurt anyone's feelings. That wasn't what I intended. It was supposed to be what people thought. Sorry! I don't want to make anyone mad.

The post is so complex it has changed topics.

I didn't reply, but I did read your topic. I can tell you didn't mean harm, even if people did take it that way. I know calling someone Homely is rude, but all you wanted was peoples opinions. :) Just my thoughts on the post. But yeah, I guess people should kinda stay away from making posts like that, 'cause someone will always take offense in it. Hope that made sense.

Don't worry about it.

There was nothing offensive here. People just have differing ideas of what constitutes "homely."

Everthing is forgiven. Gee just think you could have asked who was the homiest, meaning who's house would be the most warm and cozy. June and Ward's was cozy but on the other hand Mrs Mondellos home seem to have a lot of hollering.

The homiest was the Cleaver's house. The first one was snug and cozy, but the second one had some charm about it I just love.:)

Home #2 was very cozy,,,but I would've liked to have seen a little mess.June's kitchen was immaculate. Not a dirty dish or a thing on the counter was found!

That's because June was vacuuming all the time, while wearing pearls!

I don't ever remember her vacuuming in the first house. She looked so pretty in heels and pearls.

Recently I watched the "Forgotten Party" episode where Beaver had gotten a new camera. June didn't even want him to pretend to take her picture without film, while wearing her"old" clothes. Talk about vain!

I wish I could dress up,clean the house all day and be happy...

Hey,I wonder what Ward would do if he came home and the laundry was piled up,dishes in the sink,etc...basically like my house:lol: guess he'd want a divorce A.S.A.P!:)

Oh Ward was ahead of his time in many ways I think. He often helped with the dishes, etc.

Same here! That describes my house! When we try to keep it neat, things just keep becoming messy. In one episode, Eddie said "Gee, Mrs. Cleaver, your kitchen is so neat it looks like you don't do any work in it." :talk:

Ward being ahead of his time is one of the things that made him an excellent husband and father.:)

I know what you mean! The harder I try,the harder it becomes to stay clean.I've given up on my dream of a clean "tv house" a long time ago:D

haha! I remember Eddie saying that! What a little jerk!

He tried to sound polite when he said it, but it didn't come out that way. Haha!! That was one of his best quotes!

Do you think I should change the name of the post? This is a great discussion, and the topic is changing. I could start a new thread to continue it.

Yeah! Change the name!:)

What should I call it? I thought of "Random LITB Discussions".

That would be good so we could interject different subjects into one...things that wouldn't really require an original thread.:)

It won't let me change it. Well, at least people who have posted during the new topic in the post will know so they can keep coming here!

Well we can all just "randomly" say how much we like the show!
