It would take longer to make a post that way. Anyhoo... You click on the http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/images/top_profile.gif button to get into your Control Panel. You go to the "Edit Profile" tab to put in a signature (NO SIGNATURE PICTURES ARE ALLOWED), and to "Edit Options" to change your avatar (that's what the "side thing" is called). Once you get to the "Edit Options" page there, you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a button that says "Change Avatar".
