Yea, I saw the same rankings on TVtome. I thought the last season was too boring.

Full House ended very badly. There is not a doubt in my mind that they could have done better with that finale.

Is it possible that you are thinking of Family Matters or Step By Step? In their last seasons, they were on CBS.
