Anybody remember this trippy thing?

Recently, my mind has started to wander back to some of the stranger, more random things I watched during my childhood. There was this show....
I think it was some sort of TV movie. My memory is sketchy on it, but I remember a few things:
It was basically a one man show. There was this guy, an adult man, but he seemed to be playing a kid. The entire show took place in his bedroom. It was a weird set. It was all in these pastel colors and looked blocky and cardboard like. At the start of the movie he goes into his closet and then ends up flying with a jetpack in outer space. Hold on, it gets even more bizarre. There was a bit where he sings about some bully at school, and this huge pair of legs walks on stage with him. And the last bit I remember is his room turning into a swamp, and all these little people dressed like round ball like monsters come out. I assure you, this isnt something I dreamed up while high, its an actual movie of some sort I watched over and over again when I was like 5. Does ANY of this sound the least bit familier to anyone?
