Funny, I've slammed my fingers in car doors before..never had to have stitches, altho I did have 4 fingers slammed on once.

Without getting graphic, the door actually shut on my finger.

My scar is on the tip of my finger. It goes all the way down to the first bend in the finger. I think I had 6 stiches.
