Julie in her red and blue ensemble , looking very patriotic ! Remember when Pride and Privacy was on Antenna when we all watched ODAAT and Anna said Julie looked like the American flag!! She was dressed to go on a job interview ! But this outfit was better than what she wore for the next job interview, a long , drab old lady type gray dress like Miss Kraus's !

I like Kraus!

What did you think of that scene in Terror Out of the Sky about the dog being killed by the bees? I thought that was WAY too much, Sven even said he cut out a large part of it! I was like, why not just cut the whole scene altogether? It's not like it was THAT important to the movie anyway, and it would've meant less he would've had to cut from the movie.

On another subject, are you watching any of the 227 marathon today? For me, I like the show but 18 1/2 hours (or however long it is) is a bit much. I'll be watching other shows...I can't wait for the regular shows to return tomorrow.

Pretty much working all day today, than after work maybe I will catch some. This is a so-so show to me! It's OK, but not one I go out of my way to warch!

If you get a chance warch Pride and Privacy. Part 2, ,I'm pretty positive it's part 2, Julie wearing the Miss Kraus dress!! I love Miss Kraus too, besides Benson, she's my favorite character!

I'm here!

I thought it was weird, watching the last 227 season last night, how they added so many characters during the last season. Even though that, I liked Dylan and Travis. They were good additions to the show.

I liked the early seasons of 227 much better! Did you see Gimme a break today? Andy Gibb guest starred ! He and Nell sang a duet "Up where we belong" Beautiful song and they sang it very well!!

Yeah that scene with the poor dog was a bit much. Why would the dog even run towards the bus? And why didn't the bees bother the other dog, who was in a confined space in the truck with the guy who died. He opened the door, and the dog just ran out. We never learned what happened to that pooch. I'm thinking he ran to another town and was adopted by a kind family.

And the female lead wasn't so smart. She sends a bunch of kids out to find the bees, then when they do find the bees, she piles them on the bus without much forethought, then drives the bus away despite the fact that the windshield is covered with bees. Also, come on, only one or two bees get through the vents?

Yeah, she kinda saved the day by honking the horn and getting the bees away from the crowd, but when the kids were saved and everyone was thanking her, I wanted just one person to say, "You idiot! If it weren't for you, those kids wouldn't have been in that mess in the first place!"

But she was pretty.

Julie's outfit is so '80s; I love it! I can picture Jem wearing it. Cheap plastic bracelets in matching colors always complete an ensemble.

I'm not being facetious...I really do like the look

Yes, and she wanted them to strip down, I understood but I was like: dang girl, you're a bit too excited to see them shirtless! Those poor kids. I didn't feel as bad for her because she made some inanely stupid decisions. Who did she think she was, Wonder Woman?

I feel like Sven could have cut the whole scene with the dog. Way too much. However, this movie wasn't as bad as that stupid cowboy who misunderstood that the dead woman wasn't the nun, but Snow's sister. What an idiot! I wanted to slap him. Also in The Mysterious Island of Beautiful Women, those men acted like they were the almighty saviors. So arrogant.

Those 70s TV movies were really something else except for some which were good.

I did see Gimme a Break! I liked Andy Gibb! In one of the episodes last night, Run DMC was on 227! I wouldn't mind having Dylan for a History teacher, he might've been better than the one I had. He was a dorky goofball, but I liked him. The early seasons were good, but Dylan and Travis seemed like the classic sitcom "couple"!

Nell is such an amazing singer, though. I heard her sing on Touched by an Angel the other night when I was watching it on my DVDs of the show, and she is such an amazing singer. And she seems like she was a nice lady in real life!
