With the exception of Bewitched the first 5 years, the rest of the 60s, forget it.

It was a better year for music than for television.

To me it has to be the 90s to the present.

I agree, although overall I think 60's TV is better than 60's music, and 70's music is better than 70's TV.

Even though we're only halfway through this decade, I have to pick the 2010's and I don't see sitcoms getting any better in the near future, unfortunately.

I have liked shows from every decade and I can still say that I do. But I think maybe the 50's might be my least visited though I loved shows like The Donna Reed Show,Dennis the Menace, Mr. Ed back in the old days of Nick at Nite when I was a kid. I still enjoy the 60's and 70's from time to time on occasion. Everything from Bewitched, I Dream of Jeanie and The Patty Duke show all the way up to Three's Company, Lavern and Shirley and Good Times. There were a lot of good shows I would always watch reruns of all the time as a kid.
But nowadays I usually can only usually handle 80's and up, on a more frequent basis. To me the 80's was kinda the beginning of the modern kind-of-humor we still use today. Thats when television comedy started to get a little snarky and sarcastic and self aware and bit more closer to actual life.
But I'll always have a place in my heart for every decade of television.
