I hope Wings is doing well in the 1 a.m. time-slot. Maybe it's doing so well that N@N could replace the repeat of Cheers with another episode of Wings. That would be great and it would reduce Cheers to twice a night. It would also make Wings fans a bit happier and N@N might stop screwing up the end credits. Anyone who watched the marathon may know that N@N is going to ruin the last scenes on some of the later episodes with ads for upcoming episodes of Cheers.

That's another reason I'm so upset. There are only two shows where Nick at Nite has those commercials during the ending credits for: The Cosby Show and Cheers. So whatever is before those shows get their ending credits screwed with. I'd rather N@N just switch Wings and Cheers if it meant no more tampering with the ending credits. Why do they think no one cares about the ending credits? Even whn it's not a final scene, I enjoy listening to the "Wings" music after a great episode.

The whole thing with the credits harkens back to a time when people went to cinema. Once upon a time, in the olden days, there used to be a time when going to cinema was about hanging out and being cool like the Fonz. Kids would hang around the theater. Girls would make out. Etc. And before each picture (in the 50s I think) a Bugs Bunny/Woody Woodpecker cartoon or such would be shown for the crowd. Incidentally, the Bugs Bunny series et al were intended for adult viewing. Amen. Now the theaters show commercials before the movies.

Anyway, in a more innocent time as mentioned, people liked to hang out at the drive in. Credits weren't an issue back then. And TV was still an art in the "Good Old Days". But and however we are now in the Modern TV era where people either leave the cinema once a millimeter of credit appears on screen or they just flip through the channels. Therefore we now get those CheeseWiz credits w/voiceover, split screen, and stuff like that. And were it not for that great song "I'll Be There For You", the theme from Friends, we'd all be watching TV w/no theme music, no natural credits, etc.

It is recommended by The Man of Barnes that all kids 18 or over should research the business of TV immediately! For it'll do you a right good scholarship this.

And everybody says Amen.

Amen.

I gotta (Hajduk) Split.

Like later.

What's the use of NAN airing Wings at all when they bury it in the wee hours of the morning. It's like NAN is ashamed of it. On the bright side it could be worse, it could have been given Coach's or Perfect Strangers's time slot.

A sign of the times when The Cosby Show and Cheers getting 2 hours a night was considered overkill. Now the current Nick at Nite airs 4 hours or more of Friends and TBBT.

Nick at Nite has been paying more attention to Bing Bang instead of Friends lately because they want Big Bang to be successful, by airing more promos. Nick@Nite had history of Friends block events lately in the past and even current but this they dont air promos for Friends anymore, except original same Friends promos from 2023.

The Neighborhood STILL NOT getting show promo from the start at all! Wonder how long show stays on nick@nite. I dont see it lasting it long
