I think all 4 comedies look good. The only one I won't be watching live is Hank, since I'll be watching Old Christine at 8pm (it needs its viewers-lol). I might have to switch back and forth between it and Parenthood, though. Wednesdays are really crowded this year.

Too crowded. I can't wait for Middle/Modern/Cougar but I'm also indifferent on Hank. I'm also watching Parenthood and Glee. These shows better impress or I'll be dropping them.

Meanwhile Tuesday has nothing on now. Blah.

I'll also be watching Glee. We'll definitely be doing some adjustments once the season starts. And Tuesdays have nothing - Wednesdays are definitely the place to watch TV this season.

ABC is not competing for the same audience there. Cold Case skews very old. Whether it be B&S or Eastwick, ABC will easily win the hour in the demo.

That's true. But since DH isn't exactly the greatest lead-in anymore, I tink its better to hold off moving B&S and Eastwick before the season starts.

I'm glad Tuesdays lost some shows. Now I can watch The Biggest Loser for the entire 2 hours.

If Eastwick does succeed on Wednesdays, why would you move the show in mid-season to Sundays? Unless Brothers & Sisters completely collapses, there would be no point. Unfortunately, with an all new lineup on Wednesdays and comedies as a lead-in, an area where ABC has not done well in for the past four seasons, I don't believe Eastwick will get much traction on Wednesdays. At least Brothers & Sisters and can bring their fan base to the night and DH can help launch a new show while it is still can.

Keep in mind, by mid-season, the pattern for the past three years has been that ABC Sundays take a ratings, so I don't see moving Eastwick at that time would help the show.

I wish the Mentalist stayed on Tuesdays. With SVU off Tuesdays too, the only returning show I have on that night is NCIS.

ABC's Wednesday lineup is very risky with all new shows. I hope they all succeed because they do sound pretty good but if they flop I can see Lost coming back to Wednesdays in midseason.

I agree - I will be watching Hell's Kitchen on Tuesdays, but that'll only be for September. Besides that, there's nothing. At least I'll have Jay Leno to watch every night at 10. The Mentalist was doing great Tuesdays at 9pm - I didn't see the need to move. And 2 hours of NCIS is a bad idea.
