Why is Viva Laughlin premiering so late? Almost the end of October?! Not a good sign at all. It sucks that it gets a post-CSI slot and Cane does not. Ugh.

I heard that today too and I don't care for her either. I read they wanted Michael Keaton but he turned it down.

She's a showkiller. Remember Commander-in-Chief? and she didn't have a good track record before that either. The Geena Davis Show anyone?

She's always come off as kind of stiff to me. About the only movies of hers I like are A League of their Own and Thelma and Louise.

Yeah, TV hasn't exactly been her medium of fame. She's no Sally Field, who's proved she can easily do both.

And I agree with Sonny; she does seem stiff and emotionless. Gideon wasn't that rigid.
