Default What are you paying for your gas?

and is it affecting the way you live? i'm paying $4.13 unleaded regular in ct . i've started going 55mph on the highway (our state maximum is 65mph) and have cut out unnecessary trips. i shop at walmart supercenter which helps save money on groceries but i've noticed their prices increasing over the weeks. the cesars dog food i buy used to be 67cents a can, now its 80. and i'm considering taking a bus to work and getting a part time job if gas continues to go up although the job market isn't that great either. i feel lucky though i still have a house, my neighbor just had the bank foreclose on theirs.

The average here in FL is $3.89.

Not to rub it in but I'm out of town most of the time so I hardly drive my vehicle, which means I only have to fill up about 2-3 times a month.

Tomorrow I'm going to have to go to the shop to get my company truck to pick some work supplies. I know i'll have to put some gas in it, since it was almost empty the last time I drove it, which was a couple of weeks ago.

I don't want to now how much the price has gone up.
