I don't really mind my first name anymore. I still hate my middle name. I suppose Lynn is a pretty name, but I just don't like it for me. I wished I had an unusual middle name. Maybe Sunflower or something like that.

I vote for "Janet."

Dorothy is okay, too. Reminds of Dorothy Gale from "The Wizard Of Oz."

Greetings from another Jennifer

I have the same middle name but it's spelled Linn. My mother has a cousin who's name is Lynne and she liked the name but wanted a unique spelling. It's fun telling people that it's spelled with an I rather then a Y. They get some really weird looks on their faces.

Chris isn't a lame name. It's a very nice name. At least I think so. It's my fiance's name too.

That's kind of weird we have such similar names. I don't think I would mind Lynn that much if it had an 'e' at the end of it. I remember in second grade I spelled my middle name with an 'e'. I was all in my Anne of Green Gables phase and the e just adds so much to it. I swear if I was named Ann, I would add that e to the end of it.

Haha, this is freaky...

My name's Jenny, as well... and part of my chinese/middle name is Ling, which isn't exactly "Lynn" but sure sounds like it.

I'm an e-less Ann, and it's never bothered me.
