In 50 years, I doubt there will be television, and IF there is, I see reality shows being a thing of the past, IMO reality shows are a fad, that will eventually fade
I think commercials will be gone, and that there will less focus on shows we consider classics now, that the shows we watch now will be classics(make sense? )

I guess in 50 years Television, computers and your home will be fully integrated. You'll be able to watch programs, check e-mail or work from home with the computer and run your house with one giant screen.
Maybe by then my neighborhood will have high speed internet connections.

I'll be 65(actually 66) in 50 years. OMG...
I don't want to think about what the world will be like then. I think planes will fly by computers, no pilots, computers will be a lot more sophiscated(might even clean house and work for you).

Well if I had it my way Jennifer Garner would still be kicking ass on Alias. Ok...so 80 and being a member of the CIA is pushing it and half the cast members would be...dead...oh leave me alone.

I think commercials will be obsolete.... but rather thered be advertising within the TV show.
Say the character turns on the TV.... theres a clip from a show that airs maybe in the next time slot. Characters will wear Nike or whatever clothes -- and that is the advertising rather than a commercial. I think TV will become much more "on demand" Once an episode of a show airs -- you can watch it whenever you want. TV will become much more like the internet. Everything will be intigrated. And of course.... we'll still all be watching the classics. |

It'll be a vast wasteland. And they thought the 60s was bad.
