I agree that it's on N@N too soon. But that doesn't change the fact that I want it on at a better timeslot. Besides, I think TC would be better for TV Land anyways. It makes me mad that N@N puts TC on two weeks before the marathon at the 11 o'clock hour. And then people finally decide to watch it. I do wish "Wings"would go back to USA. It got better treatment there. The only thing is a lot of the fans on these messageboards only became fans due to N@N. N@N is really getting me ticked off at TC, which used to be one of my favorite shows.

And if I wanted to watch The Cosby Show, I'd turn to TBS where I wouldn't have some annoying blue logo in the bottom corner.
I'm glad you understood what I meant and didn't fly off the handle, because if I had told that to someone else (I won't say any names) they would have definatly got into a argument. I agree about TC going to TVLand. It would fit in much much more, since one of its partners in crime from ABC Tuesdays, "Happy Days" is there. They should put TC in a morning/night slot, say like 10:30AM (central) and then at night at around 9:00PM (central). I have nothing against "Wings" really, I was just shocked that it was coming to N@N already. It should go back to USA and it would have some good morning slots there. "The Cosby Show" is just plain annoying. I really tried to like that show, but the promos, the marathons at least once a month, all of the airings on different networks, not to mention local affiliates, just got on my very last nerve. I wish someone would just take that one off of every channel it is on and let it rest for a solid five years.

I just want to know if there will ever be a time when The Cosby Show will not be on Nick at Nite - even for a few months!

How long has this show been on Nick ?

It seems like more than 5 years.

Try mixing it up with some different sitcoms you Bill Cosby ass-kissers.

Try 16 months. It's held that 9PM slot for a solid 16 months. (Minus the summer or other various marathons.) That's absolutely ridiculous. Whatever happened to Nick-at-Nite: The place for TV hits?!? Hits usually implying more than one.

And what is wrong with PBS? They show alot more intelligent programs than alot of the horrible shows on cable today.

If you don't like a show, THEN DON'T WATCH IT! It's as simple as that. That's why I quit going on the TVLand message board, because all there was was bashing. I'm sure you're familiar with that great invention called the remote control.

I just feel is a USA type of show. Doesn't belong on N@N. It's just not marathon material.

I totally agree with you, Phoebe!

I know a lot of people on this site love Three's Company, and I totally respect that. However, I've never found it the least bit funny. Wings happens to be one of my all-time favorite shows and I'm a little sad with the way N@N is treating it. They barely gave it a chance. I'm not trying to start fights with anyone. I'm not one for petty fights. I just want to be able to express my opinion, just like everyone else on this site gets to.

It is bad that N@N is treating Wings and other shows badly while putting Cosby on so much. At least Wings has a marathon, though N@N still ruins end credits scenes with their stupid VAS promos after 2 a.m.. Of the other shows, Family Ties and Coach should be in the marathon because a lot of viewers appreciate those shows.

I've never understood all the Wings-bashing. Wings was a good show that lasted for 8 seasons. Wings had a great cast, great writing, and was very funny. Plus, it was created by the same people who created Frasier. IMO, Wings was just as good, even though it never came near an Emmy.

I feel the same way. I actually like Wings better than I like Frasier.

Post N@N

I'm not sure about Wings being better than Frasier, but it was a good show- So was Cosby, but when you get it force-feeded into you like N@N does, it gets old- quick. They should add marathons for Coach and Family Ties, two shows which have been treated horribly on N@N.

Chris.
