Nope. But you were very close. The Baskin children were abducted 2 weeks earlier.

No. That happened in 1990.

O.K., nobody seems to be getting this one so I'll just tell it. March 15, 1989 was when Tracey Kirkpatrick was stabbed to death in Frederick, Maryland. The case is still unsolved but many still believe that the police officer who discovered her body, Don Barnes Jr., is the killer.

Many here most likely already know the story of me emailing back and forth with Don's daughter who told me she was convinced her dad was the killer but then I never heard from her again after I mailed her a copy of the Unsolved Mysteries segment. A few months ago, I spoke on the phone with the chief of police in Frederick. Very nice guy. He asked if he could read the emails from the daughter just to save in his file. I was happy to forward them to him.

a) The death of Russell Evans in Spokane, Washington.

b) The day the bodies of Joan, Michelle and Christe Rogers were found floating in Tampa Bay, although it is thought that, that animal ,Oba Chandler, murdered them late in the night of June 1st. or in the early hours of June 2nd. 1989.
