That's still complaining...it has NOTHING to do with emotions lol..complaining is complaining, and you do it more then anybody on here and then anybody i know...and to a T lol..

I hate Subway too - I have had too many bad experiences in a number of different locations and refuse to ever go back there.

I have experienced old hard bread, strange/ bad smelling meat and toppings and complaining to the managers never got me anywhere but out the door never to return again.

...as for the internet access in their stores, it seems like it would be impossible to keep employees focused on their work with such a distraction.
