I just remembered a couple more:

Billy Jayne sang on Parker Lewis Can't Lose.

ALF sang on his show. In the pilot he and Andrea Elson sang "Proud Mary". Another episode he made a video for Lynn called "You're the one who's out of this world". Also, Max Wright and Benji Gregory sang in one episode for a school musical. "Asparagus, asparagus will make you feel more able."

On Seinfeld, Jerry sang the "Looney Tunes" theme song and George once left a hilarious greeting on his answering machine to the tune of "Greatest American Hero" ("Believe it or not, George isn't at home.... where could I be? Believe it or not, I'm not home....")

I love how Jerry was later singing George's message to himself as he walked down the street. I can never hear The Greatest American Hero theme now without singing George's version.

Karen Foster (Angela Watson) sang on multiple episodes of Step by Step. Both times were country songs because Angela in real life was pursuing a country singing career.

Libby Chessler (Jenna Leigh Green) sang on an episode of Sabrina, the Teenage Witch called "The Band Episode". In real life Jenna was a professional singer. With a voice like that, I'm surprised they didn't have her sing more often on the show.

Edit: a lot of singers sang on the Fresh Prince. Little T in the first season, Tatyana Ali sang "Make Up Your Mind" as her one hit wonder hit, as she went on to become a singer and songwriter, while still acting after The Fresh Prince.

Well Will Smith on TFP sang the theme song and was a big rapper, especially with DJ Jazzy Jeff, who coincidentally played the character "Jazz" on the show during it's run...

To answer my own post, yes, Desi Jr. sang at least a couple times I remember: once with Ann Margaret and once he did Sinatra in the living room. And then there was that school musical episode.
