"Private Practice” is scheduled to air in its 10:00 PM ET/PT slot on this date as well.

8:00-10:00pm The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love
Jake Pavelka is out to prove that nice guys don’t always finish last in love. The handsome commercial pilot from Dallas--and America’s most hopeful romantic--begins his own bid for true love, choosing from among 25 bachelorettes.

WOW to V ratings last night - over 14 million viewers and a 5.0 demo would make it one of the best premieres of the season. Hopefully it can maintain this audience, because I thought it was heapings better than FlashForward. What a shame we only have 3 more episodes before hiatus.

V was awesome and those ratings were shocking and amazing. I can't believe a 5 demo! ABC should repeat it on Friday.

PP at 9pm will be very interesting, especially if FF is new at 8.

So when are we gonna find out the rest of the midseason schedule? Like Lost's timeslot...

I assume (and hope) ABC is rerrunning V on Friday at 8p. They are promoting on ABC.com that the episode with commentary will be on their site Sat.

I am guessing they will want to see a second week of V ratings before they release their midseason sked. Also maybe they want to wait to let other nets announce their plans first.

If all goes well, LOST's timeslot could be announced Friday. It was announced on the first Friday of November last year, I think. Might not happen now with V doing so well. It would be so great to have V and LOST together on one night come March. V at 8, LOST at 9 on Tuesdays would be ideal.

tvcrazed, I also think they will reair V this Friday at 8pm. I hope they do. We'll know tomorrow if they decide it.

And I think FLASHFORWARD will be indeed new on Dec. 3 leading into the two all-new episodes of Private Practice. Maybe we get more Bailey on PP that night? Remember ABC said there will be at least 3 cross-overs this season between GA/PP and we already saw one a few weeks ago.

I don't think they are gonna do another crossover this early again. I think there are 2 more planned. I imagine they will space them out. Maybe beginning of Feb and May, but maybe you're right.

I know I have said this before, but it concerns me that their #1 show is not gonna be in originals for 2 months. I can't recall that ever happening before during teh course of a season. Last year their last original GA was Dec 4th and they came back Jan 8th. Now it will be Nov 18th-Jan 14th. Plus CBS, NBC and Fox shows will have at least 2 weeks of originals in Dec. I knew they were gonna have a problem with the 2 hour premiere but I would have aired a 2 hour PP 10/22 when CBS was in reruns or run a GA behind the scenes special that night. Also the last FF of the season which is supposed to be a whopper won't have a new GA airing after it.

I am really surprised they are not showing V again tomorrow night (they would have announced it already, I think, if they were). Supernanny can be saved and they would easily duplicate the 1.3 they have been getting, if not more. Plus it was preempted in Nashville and they could also pick up some new viewers.

The Nashville preemption is bizzare. They are airing it at 12:05am on Tuesdays for the first 3 weeks due to some Tennessee Titans show. Luckily it is not that big of a market like say NY or even Atlanta.

It's weird though that they are not rerunning it tomorrow, don't you think? They ran FF for 3 weeks and there seems to be more potential here.

Don't you think to rerun the episode on friday could incite people to don't watch the show on tuesday for watching someting else and watching it on friday ? Therefore, the tuesday rating is lower. It's a theory.

I can't wait to discover the LOST season 6 premiere date and time slot !

Well they would be rerunning this past tuesdays episode (and just this week)and it's also not available on ABC.com or HULU til saturday.
