I apologize. I didn't think before I posted yesterday.
I usually do that, but I don't know, lately I haven't been paying much attention and I've been totally random.

Dont forget that the lady that plays Roz Doyle, on Frasier,Peri Gilpin, was originally cast for the role that Crystal Bernard plays. She is also in one of episodes, #47 Four Dates that Will Live in Infamy

A few months ago, I watched "I'm With Her"(a show I don't usually watch but Steven Weber was guest starring), and at the very end where they're showing the credits, Steven & Peri Gilpin were doing a scene together again. I'm surprised Peri hasn't had Steven appear on Frasier yet.

That's interesting. I didn't know that. It's hard to imagine anyone playing Helen but Crystal.

I recall reading that Lisa Kudrow of Friends was cast as Roz Doyle on Frasier, but the role was recast.

It looks like it worked out for everyone all around.
