Those two films are generally liked. Caddy Shack is generally considered a comedy classic.

Waterworld is considered one of the biggest bombs in movie history. If there's a list of movie bombs, Waterworld is on it.

Dances With Wolves won 3 Academy Awards and was a success with both viewers and critics.

Titanic won 5 Academy Awards, and unless the record has been recently broken, holds the honor of making the most money at the box office ever.

I didn't care too much for Waterworld, but I loved Dances With Wolves and Titanic.

One movie I was wild over was, Unfaithful, with Richard Gere and Diane Lane. It was a mild success, but it didn't go through the roof.

I love that movie! People who think it's boring need to learn to appreciate old movies.

Both Problem Child movies that John Ritter was in -- nobody in my family likes em, but I do. Go figure.

Oh yeah, I think I might have mentioned it too but Car 54, Where Are You? (the 1994 movie version) That movie was a flop, but I wuv it. And Exit to Eden.

I love that movie Unfaithful, but didn't even hear of it until it came on the movie channels, so I'm assuming it wasn't a big hit at the theaters. I loved it.

Unfaithful wasn't heavily promoted, but I still managed to see it three times at the theater.
I have the DVD and have watched it four more times. I have the movie soundtrack as well. Yeah, love that flick.

Event Horizon
Night of the Comet
Point Break
Proof of Life
Super Troopers
Top Secret

Sgt Pepper's Loney Hearts Club Band The Movie that came out in 1978 and starred Peter Frampton and the Bee Gees, considered to be one of the WORST movies ever made, and I love it, especially the music...I love the movie's version of Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds; truly a turkey of a cheesy movie that has the Disco Era written all over it....But I remember watching the movie as a child and til this day...I still enjoy it....

I really enjoyed Proof of Life. I recall speculation that audiences were so turned off by Meg Ryan and Russell Crowe's affair, resulting in the breakup of her marriage, that the movie wasn't taken seriously.
I personally don't buy into that theory, but I vividly recall that buzz. I thought the movie was fantastic.

Point Break? Is that the surfer robber one....Gary Busey....Presidents' masks to rob banks? Am I nuts?

Don't answer that last question.

LOL
I ordered Gigli from Netflix. I'll get it next week. I've liked movies that others hated, such as The Postman and Glitter, to name a few. I've also hated movies that were critically acclaimed.

Roger Ebert gave Gigli 2.5 stars out of 4, and had a few good things to say about it.

I'll know next week.
