News Info On Mandy

-- Mandy Moore is visiting the Philippines and was asked the following question in a local interview;

Q: Mariah Carey just had a concert here. How would you compare your music to hers? Would you say you are more popular than Mariah because you are successful also in the movies?

A: Gosh! I look up to her. I'm ashamed to even think of comparing my music to Mariah's. She's way up there. Nobody can claim that I'm bigger than she is. She has been in the music scene longer than I have and she's got my respect and admiration.

I like Mandy she's so sweet.

But- anyways- on topic now. I think that what Mandy said was really sweet. I have always thought Mandy was one of the better personality people in the industry today.

Dispite what you may think I have always liked Mandy. Ever since her "Candy" song. The when she went out with Wilmer Valderama I thought she was cooler. I also like her movie a walk to remember. And now that she is so respectful to Mariah... Well she is a great kid and she's very sweet.

What I don't understand is. Why are those of you who don't like Mariah, here? You are just trying to insult those of us who are fans. We don't go out of our way to go into your favorite musicians topics and continue to diss them and make snotty remarks. Well I don't anyway...

I do like Mariah...I think it's dumb for people to like someone because they complimented Mariah, though.
