Whatever fits the girl, but my favorite is a girl with dark hair.Blondes are second best unless the girl is exceptional.Streaks are great.

Burgundy? Yep.
Streaks? Depends.

Basically i think every hair color looks good on some girls, depending on their style and look. Although i am kinda partial to Brunettes and Girls with long Burgandy hair.
