In either season 7 or 8, Tootie was freaking out over something silly like bad luck or something and Jo said she was starting to worry her. It's been a while so I can't remember what the exact scenario was.

Not at the top of my head, trying to find it but it was a subplot and a lot of the online descriptions of the episodes don't mention what the subplots are. Maybe "The Candidate"?

In "The Sound of Silence" Jo became interested in Tootie's fluid build-up in her eardrums that gave her hearing problems and she even offered to go to the doctor with her to suck it out if it ever happens again, lol.

In the episode, "Dear Me" where Tootie faked a love letter to get out of going on a hike with a group of boys, Jo was pretty sweet/protective over her.

In "The Lady Who Came to Dinner" from season 7, there is a LOT of Tootie/Jo interaction. It's the episode about Blair's birthday, and Mindy Cohn is not in the episode, so all of the party-planning dialogue is mostly Tootie and Jo, when Blair's asleep Tootie and Jo talk, and throughout the whole episode there's a lot of Tootie/Jo interaction.

In "Out of Peekskill" when Mrs. Garret is upset at Beverly Ann and calls off her wedding, Tooties goes into the store to talk to her, and Jo goes with her to help.
