I hope it's Universal.

Does anyone know the big name shows from Paramount and Universal, just for reference?

Well, from Paramount I think of shows like Happy Days, Family Ties, Laverne & Shirley, and I'm sure there are others.

I can't think of any real big time names from Universal, though.

I can't think of sitcoms, but one of my favorite shows is from Universal, "Sliders". I read a while back that Universal was going to release a bunch of shows including "Sliders" but that was the only mention. And that was like six months ago. Also, I think "Quantum Leap" is Universal. "QL" is another favorite of mine.

Funny, I was just checking ebay for Sliders episodes today.

I think I will hold off on doing anything rash.

Plus, I think a box set- 4 hours of Sliders- is on Sci Fi in 2 weeks.

I know for sure Universal had the Jack Webb shows (Adam-12, Dragnet, Emergency). I'm 95% sure they had The Incredible Hulk.

Huh?
Manimal is a famous (infamous) bad tv show that aired in the early 80's about a detective who had the ability to turn into various animals. It was as bad as it sounds, I know Sci-Fi aired reruns of it a few years ago

Big Announcement - What it's not
8/23/2003

Well, looks like our "big announcement" post has created quite the stir. We're not ready to announce it just yet, but Dave suggested I post to let people know what it isn't. It's not Seinfeld, or Roswell. Seinfeld is still awaiting an official timeframe for it's release, and we already posted that Roswell is coming out in 2004. In fact, our announcement has less to do with the title that's being announced, and more to do with how it's being announced. Even if it's not a show you're interested in, the news could still affect you in the future.

More to come, but I thought I'd clear some of that up.

Hmm, this is interesting... I have no idea.

Maybe they're releasing them based on sometihng with what the viewers want?
