Britney Spears. Yah, if I was born around that time Id probably vote for Janis, but I prefer Britneys music over Janis', its my opinion. And about that NSYNC/Beatles thing- same for that. Of course the Beatles are the best, but for teenager girls around this time- NSYNC was the Beatles for us. They were just as popular for us as Beatles were too 60s/70s generation.

Well i am from this generation and I would chose Janis and Beatles over Britney and N'Sync anyday.....I dont see how you can compare N'Sync to The Beatles....N'Sync doesn't even play instruments ..just cause they are 4 guys singing doesn't mean they are like the Beatles.....

As you can see i picked Janis

Just because NSYNC doesnt play instruments doesnt make them any less of a musician(s). What does Whitney, Mariah, and all those motown groups play? Im not saying NSYNC are the Beatlese, but when you compare them popularity wise- theyre right up there. Maybe not now, but go back to 99-01. NSYNC holds the record for most records sold in a day. 1.3 million. In a day.

The Beatles are still popular, and they broke up more than 33 years ago. nsync's popularity is fading fast.

Yes, I know. But NSYNC will always be remembered years from now. They made history.
