Yea, maybe they just came up with those names to scare more people off. As far as I know, mine or anyone elses that I know, name isn't up there.

lol I never share my songs. Whenever I see someone uploading, I just disconnect them because it slows down my computer. I'm evil, I know. ;D

I agree. I have about 800 files on Kazaa but I don't share and I'm not deleting any of my songs. Although I am burning a lot more CD's just in case I do have to delete.

I still download but after they're done, I put it into another folder and than I delete the one in the shared folder. I hope that works...

Default woo!

As of this moment- i'm no longer sharing kazaa files, but I'm not deleting them either. Can someone tell me this- If I have a kazzaa account on another computer, which I currently can't access- if I haven't downloaded form Kazaa in over a month with that computer- can I still be traced. The reason I'm asking is cos I've got like 70 songs on it- but it isn't working properly ,so I can't access it to take the files out of my shared folder. When did the music companies start monitering?
I got a little scare there cos a name on the hitlist resembled one previous name- but it's not mine.(I hope- unless someone else changed the name again!)

So, I'm confused, they can't get to you if you have Kazaa Lite?

That's what I had...

NEwayz, I deleted it and I only have like 200 songs. I don't see my name but I think I recognize some..THINK

I'm not on that list. w00t. I don't share my files at all. I use Kazaa lite though. No spyware crap....or whatever they have. I have around 1,000+ music files. *closes mouth shut* I'm not going to delete them!!!

I think people should be punished for selling music or selling burned CD's and stuff like that. Not people who just want to listen to music for free.

It's not fair though. I don't think there is nothing wrong with downloading free music. An artist hardy even gets money from how many copies they sell.

And they programs they have now...I would not pay 79 cents or 99 cents to download songs. That would cost toooo much for one song! Then, you start adding them up.

I might sound selfish, but I enjoy lots of music...different genres and I don't have the money to buy CD's all the time. And I know if I find something I really like I'll go out and buy it.

Artists don't hurt from CD sales. I mean, what about merchandise? Concerts? Those bring in a lot of money. There is always going to be loyal fans to people with free downloading.
