haha, I think Bill uses the people that he thinks are good actors/actresses so I guess he liked those people so he brought they back. I guess it's reincarnation??

Yeah, lots of writers and producers do that. I guess that they must really like the actors.

it probably saves time and money. Because to have characters on th show you have to have auditions and it takes up time and money so it is easier to jus use people over again then having auditions for a character that might only be on the show for a couple of episodes. By the way call-allejah The callallo pot episode was just on.
