Well, since SomersCompany3 mentioned 1998-2003, I'll only go that far back.

Best: Okay, this is actually pretty hard. I still love new music that comes out but I'm not really crazy about any music videos from the past 5 years. Don't get me wrong, I still watch mtv as much as a ever did, but nowadays there seems to be a lot of dullness and cliches in videos. Another thing, some songs/videos I used to like in the past 5 years, I couldn't care less about now (some I'm even embarrassed to liking--anyone remember the big pop exploision of 1998? Yowza.)

Worst: Basically Mariah's music and videos have been just dreadful since 1998. SBTB Geek, you are so right. That "Boy (I need you)" video has to be the worst!

Kelly Osbourne(all)- That girl just has the worst stage presence in my opinion.

Madanna(all) - Haven't liked her since 89. Her music or her videos. Barf.

Christina Uglyeria - I will cut the girl slack for her videos from her first album. But the ones from "stripped" are absolutely horrid.

Justin Timberflake - his most recent one. Golly, is it lame. (And I actually used to be a closet N Sync fan-- I liked the first two videos from NO Strings Attatched! Notice I wouldn't put them in my "best list" though.)
