Default Season 3 Episode 13: And Then There Were None

Season 3 Episode 13: And Then There Were None
Goof: When Gilligan falls into the munitions pit with the clothesline, you can hear the Professor say "The rope! Why it's holding the trapdoor open." However it is clear to see the Professor is not talking. Now I know OFTEN they redub audio when it's sometimes hard to hear but this is just out right obvious and I NOTICED this RIGHT away even as a kid?

Default Season 3 Episode 5: Voodoo

Season 3 Episode 5: Voodoo
In the scene where the castaways rush into the lagoon to soothe their over-heated feet, look closely and you'll see the pants of both the Professor and the Skipper are already wet up to the knee before they enter the water.

Obviously, it took more than 1 take.

ALSO: Later in the same episode: The Professor is a zombie, yet he blinks on many occasions and he moves his one hand.

Default Season 2 Episode 24: Feed the Kitty

Season 2 Episode 24: Feed the Kitty
Natalie Schafer (Mrs. Howell) does not actually appear in any scenes with the lion in this episode. Instead a double is used for all scenes in which Mrs. Howell appears in the same shot with the lion.

Here's the scene where the ladies run from the lion as it is perched on a rock, and the scene where the lion enters the Howell's hut with Mrs. Howell inside. Natalie was extremely afraid, and she was right. The lion almost killed Bob Denver (Gilligan).

When Bob was filming with the lion, the actors were warned not to make loud noises or sudden moves. When the lion was on one of the Howells' bed, Gilligan may have touched him and jumped and yelled. The lion pounced, but the bed was on wheels, so the bed rolled out from under him. The lion slipped and narrowly missed Denver. The animal trainer didn't want any of that information to be given out because it would ruin his career. I have heard Bob tell this story how he was nearly killed too in an interview as well. Back in the 1960 they used real animals and did not have good CGI, special effects or good animatronics.

Default Season 1 Episode 21: Big Man on Little Stick

Season 1 Episode 21: Big Man on Little Stick
In the scene at the lagoon where the Skipper saves Gilligan who has tied himself to the surfboard, look carefully and

you can see that the Skipper's pants are wet up to his waist BEFORE he wades that deep into the water! Clearly, this took more than 1 take?

Also+

When Duke Williams comes ashore on the surfboard, he collapses on the beach wearing only shorts. But throughout the episode, he's now wearing long pants, a t-shirt and a hat which could not possibly fit the other castaways. Where'd these clothes comes from?

Also+

When we see Duke riding off on the wave from the island (obviously in stock footage) he's missing the fruit provision necklace the Professor made, that he put on as he was mounting the board.

Not to mention the fact that he should be facing the other way if he's leaving the island and in the open ocean tsunamis can travel 600 miles an hour and are only about a foot high. If you were on a decently large boat and a tsunami passed under the boat you probably wouldn't notice it.

Default Season 1 episode 17 Little Island Big Gun

At the end of the episode when Jackson Farrell is leaving in the boat, the Professor calls him Mr. Jackson when in fact he should have called him Mr. Farrell.

We know that Gilligan and the Skipper always sleep in hammocks. So how come in this episode they suddenly have stationary beds? WHY? So it would be easier to tie them to beds because how could you with a hammock? How convenient. I mean REALLY?

As well as, for some reason the professor hand his sleeves rolled and buttoned down. This must be the only time he's ever done this? His sleves are always rolled. He looked weird thought right?

ALSO+
In this episode Gilligan says there are guns on the island yet there are no bullets, that's funny, cause didn't they get a riffle and machine gun and all that ammo off the Japanese sailor? Wow, in 2 episodes they shot all those bullets at nothing.

Default Season 1 Episode 12 Birds Gotta Fly Fish Gotta Talk

I think we all know if Season 1 Episode 12 Birds Gotta Fly Fish Gotta Talk they re-used some footage and re-shot some from the pilot episode because they changed the actors of The Professor, Maryann and Ginger.

Ever notice The Professor is wearing dark pants, but this is the ONLY time he was ever shown wearing these pants and NEVER again?

Was it because in the Pilot episode the other professor played by John Gabriel wore dark pants and look closely from the back that is NOT Russel Johnson.

They show a few video shots of Gilligan casting with the fishing pole. Sometimes LEFT handed and sometimes RIGHT handed. Was the film flipped by accident like a mirror or did Bob Denver actually cast both LEFT and RIGHT handed? Both Season 1 Episode 12 and the Pilot?

Default Surviving Gilligan's Island Documentary (2001)

When they show "Surviving Gilligan's Island Documentary (2001)"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JnjkfZ47w_M
The clip at the end was shown ONLY after Maryann, Professor and The Movie star were added, but in the documentary they show this shot in the PILOT but that is NOT CORRECT! Not to mention the S.S. Minow is NOT behind them? Mrs. Howell has an umbrella, then she doesn't?

Unless Mr. Howell is incorrect, the robber should be referred to as Jackson Ferrell.

During the show's theme song in the beginning in Season 1 they show Gilligan and the Skipper on the ship's deck and when they say the words, "...the Minnow would be lost..." Skipper moves to the right and his elbow bumps out from behind the deck wall (you then can tell the "ship" is only a wooden front they're standing behind).

Episode #2 is entitled "Home Sweet Hut" and is about the time that the castaways build one hut, decide it's too crowded, and then decide to build their own individual huts.

During this episode, Gilligan visits the girls' hut and Mary Ann and Ginger smell some homemade (hut-made?) fudge burning!

When Gilligan tries to open the door, the four hut walls fall down and we can see there is nothing inside the hut! No stove, no fudge, no nothing!

Season 1 Episode #9, Mary Ann and Ginger are fishing when they hook something big. The Skipper helps by taking hold up of the line. In one shot, his feet are almost in the water..ALMOST.

Then, in the next shot, the Skipper is wet up to his knees, when he didn't go in the water yet? How many times did they shoot this scene I wonder?

Default The_Big_Gold_Strike

In Season 1 Episode #9, Gilligan and Mr. Howell discover a Gold mine. Later, as the castaways attempt to leave the island in a raft filled with gold, Lovey is the first one to fall through-into the lagoon. But in the next shot as Howell says, "Women and luggage first," Mrs. Howell is dry and sitting back on the raft next to Mr. Howell? Then she's in the water again? How'd this happen? Who's fault is this? THE FILM EDITOR in my opinion. HE is supposed to be EDITING and checking things like this.

Season 3 episode 24 "The Second Ginger Grant" Episode #92, Mary Ann faints and when revived thinks she's Ginger. After a hypnotic sequence, Gilligan falls into some mud and decides to take a bath in his hut. Later, when the Skipper uses the key words "Mary Ann," Gilligan thinks he's Mary Ann and in embarrassment puts his entire head under the water.

A few seconds later HIS HAIR is 100% DRY! And STILL when Gilligan is outside the hut he is wrapped in a towel his hair is still dry! I know the tropics are sometimes hot, but can it really completely dry hair in just SECONDS? HOW is this POSSIBLE?
