Thumbs down

I hardly ever watch The Disney Channel. The only reason I have it is cos I get it free - if you subscribe to all the movie channels they throw in Disney for free. I wouldn't get it if I had to pay for it cos, quite frankly, it's simply not worth the money.
The only thing I ever watch on it is 'That's So Raven'..........and I only watch that if I'm really bored. There are much better kids channels available (Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Trouble and Nick are all way better - although I don't really watch them much either).

I hate this!

That's so Raven was an "okay show" (I hate that damn rapper and Ravens lil brother Cory who thinks he's all that he's like Arnold from DS only MORE annoying than ever!)

What is so bad is that they ditched The Proud Family so that it only airs on ABC Kids now! Prolly in like 2 weeks they will ditch The Proud Family on there and put That's So Raven on there.

I loved The Proud Family. I'm surprised they didn't ditch Kim Possible also. But I would really scream and punch the owner of Disney.

Yeah, the Disney Channel does overplay their shows. The thing that bugs me is they do all these things for Lizzie McGuire but they always seem to ignore Even Stevens, which imo, is their best show.

I don't like the new cartoons they're either making or acquiring...if I want cartoons I'll turn it to cartoon network.

What happened to the good cartoons like Scooby Doo and The Flintones?

Don't you have Boomerang in America? It has all the old cartoons - Scooby-Doo, Flintstones, Jetsons, Snaggle Puss, Hong Kong Phooey, Josie & The Pussycats, Hair Bear Bunch, Jabber Jaw, Captain Caveman.......?

The Disney Channel is going wayyyy down hill. They show the same crap over and over again. You could videotape one day's worth of Disney, and that same crud would be on the next day, just in a different order. People aren't stupid!! 50% of the kids that watch that can probably quote every line from every episode of every show. Thats how overplayed it is.

I think that they only overplay their original movies. They do sometimes overplay their sitcoms, but not that much... if they do, they only do for awhile. For example, they used to overplay "So Weird," and "The Famous Jett Jackson"... and they rarely play them now.

I was surprised by "That's So Raven." This show is actually "watchable." The episodes I saw last night were kind of funny.

...and the reason why they are building up on "Lizzie McGuire" is because that's their most successful, and highest rated show Disney Channel's history. C'mon... what other Disney Channel show has had a chance to move on to primetime ABC?

"Even Stevens" is the only orginal series I like. I tried to watch "Thats So Raven", but I couldn't stand it. Just the way the girl talked made me want to claw off my skin.

NO.

"Even Stevens" did air on ABC, but on Saturday mornings. "Lizzie McGuire" has the option to move to PRIMETIME (8:00 p.m.-11:00p.m.)

No other Disney Channel original sitcom has done that.

The Disney Channel doesn't have that many programs, so they have to repeat many programs just to fill in all of their timeslots. I really don't watch Disney anymore because they don't have that many good programs anymore.
Their new show "That's So Raven" is really stupid and childish! I only watch Boy Meets World, Sister Sister, and some good original movies (only when nothing else is on). Disney has really gone downhill and is still going down that path.
