Fortunately most of the pics in the group of articles are ones I've saved copies off off of the internet. & the Sexy looking one turns out to be Ira Augustain LOL! I have saved on my puter a copy of the group of articles pictured in the ad so if ya'll want I can put that up on whatever site she puts the articles on so folks can get a general idea of what they looked like & what pics were on them.

You are soooo right, Cheryl! I thought exactly the same thing--at least until toward the end, when they show Freddie at the Jimmy Carter Inaugural Gala. For some reason, from that point on until the end Ira more closely resembled Freddie IMHO. The tragic irony is that the more crazy he portrayed Freddie as behaving, the more of Freddie I could see in him--especially the wide-eyed, haunted look he uses. I am not saying Freddie WAS crazy near the end of his life, but that he was probably more heavily under the influence of drugs. Ira's portrayal in these scenes is a very convincing one of a young man mired in self-hatred and paranoia brought on by drug abuse. Devastatingly sad, of course, but it struck me as believable--not of the facts of Freddie's tragic end but of the reason for it. The suicide scene is completely inaccurate but extremely frightening and compelling--like trying to pass a bad car accident without looking!

I'm putting the pics on my site so everyone can see them. It's taking me forever to do it as it's alot of hard work & the holidays being here are slowing me down...

Cool! Ira really does resemble Prinze Sr. ,Especially toward the end when he performs at the Inaugural Ball.
