I keep wondering, what would Freddie and Jack have to say about all of this.

Since Freddie creid easily, I think he would've been all upset & crying over this & really sad. So sad...

I wish I could wake up and find that all this was a nightmare.
But I don't think that's gonna happen....

You know the next day (Wednesday), all I could do is think,"Is this a movie?" and scenes from "Independance Day" ran through my head.....Unfortunately, it is all too real. We had a prayer service at our school today and we sang "God Bless America" at the end. I had to lead the singing for over 400 people and it was hard, let me tell you....I choked up a few times!

What has happened in New York is so horrendous. I have such a lump in my throat. The sadness is all those people who lost their lives. Their poor families........... They keep posting the peoples pictures on TV. Those poor children missing their mothers and fathers. Missing wives, husbands, mothers, fathers, children, brothers, sisters, boyfriends, girlfriends, fiancees, co workers, friends........

Ed - I am fine but, it is hard to see New York without the towers.
The transportation is horrendous. Understandably so..... My sister and brother in law can't go to their jobs. So many people lost their jobs. ![]() |

I went to church today at noon with a friend of mine, It was packed. I went out at 7pm, I went with my sister and nephew and we lit candles for those lost and their loved ones who were left behind. We were the only ones out there. The local news asked everyone to do this to show support. We prayed and just stood out there in the quiet evening.

JennyLee, I know what you mean. I was down at the waterfront tonight in Jersey City and I was looking over at where the WTC was and its so sad because you cannot even remember where it was or how it looked, all you see is black smoke and dust and huge giant cranes lifting pieces of wreckage.
